The check-in hostess was friendly and professional. This hotel was convenient for our overnight stay before touring the 1000 Islands the following morning. This hotel seemed a bit older and starting to look run down, but our room was fine. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Good enough for an overnight stay. Pricey for what it was, but comparable to the other similar hotels in the area.

Customer service was great! Hot breakfast included in stay. We enjoyed our stay. One small problem where bathroom wasn't clean upon arrival (must have been missed in routine) staff quickly rectified.

Hotel staff awesome, beds so comfortable, rooms and bathrooms very clean and located in centre of Gananoque. Attended a Scrabble tourney held in this hotel. Room provided for event worked very well. Staff friendly, polite, professional and helpful. Had a lovely stay.

Spent a night here during first week of May while visiting the 1000 islands and I'm super glad I did. They claim they provide Spotless cleaning & they are absolutely right(major applause for your team for making this possible) because for some customers (specially me) cleaning has been a top priority. Front desk & restaurant staff very friendly. Got this room with the 'garden view' n it was lovely. Location absolutely convenient. All necessary amenities available. Breakfast was decent. Overall exceeded value for money during that time.

The hotel is really clean and in good shape. The location is just outside the highway, and you have to drive a few minutes for Ganonque main road and the lake area, which is much more beautiful. Breakfast was modest but satisfying, but they have to stop using disposables.
